When you contact us, request a quote or submit an appointment, we may collect business contact details, vessel and voyage information, requested services, messages and supporting files that you choose to provide.
Port Call Assistant
The assistant is limited to public service guidance and operational draft preparation. Do not enter contact details, passport numbers, medical records, payment data or credentials. Assistant text is not a service request; only information you review and submit through a formal form enters the request workflow. A draft transferred to a form may remain in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to your request, coordinate the agreed service, protect the security of our systems, maintain business records and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Supporting documents
Do not upload passports, medical information, bank details or other highly sensitive material unless our operations team has confirmed an approved secure channel and the information is necessary for the requested service.
Sharing and location
Information may be shared only with authorized staff and approved service providers needed to operate the request. Hosting and processing location: Singapore server; approval pending.
Retention and rights
