Essential storage
The website may use essential cookies or equivalent storage for security, upload-session control, sign-in and temporary form continuity. These items are required for the requested functionality.
Form drafts
Limited contact and routing fields may be stored in session storage so that an interrupted form can be resumed in the same browser tab. Operational descriptions, vessel and voyage details, attachments and consent choices are excluded. The draft expires after eight hours, is removed after successful submission and can be cleared from the form at any time.
Assistant handoff drafts
When you explicitly transfer a Port Call Assistant draft to a quote or appointment form, selected port, service, vessel and voyage fields are stored in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes. The handoff contains no contact details, attachments or consent choices, is editable before use and can be discarded from the destination form.
Analytics
R1 does not enable non-essential advertising cookies by default. If privacy-preserving analytics are added, this notice and the consent interface will be updated before activation.
Controls
You can clear a form draft directly from the form or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may also sign you out of protected areas.
